About Course

The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method facilitates thinking, communication, and problem-solving within a group. The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method is a method in teambuilding exercises that plays a crucial role in unlocking the potential for meteoric growth in employees and organizations. The four core values of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method are communication, problem solving and decision making, adaptability and succession planning, and building trust. The idea is to experience a new approach in building high performance teams that consist of both “hard” fun and challenging and as well as building teamwork skills that can help improve employee performance and adapt to the transformation.
